"My experience with this solicitor was absolutely shocking. Communication was minimal from the very start; I tried to call, however, she never returned any calls. In fact, at the beginning, I was in another country trying to get in touch. However, once I returned home, I met with the solicitor only once in person throughout the entire eight months my brother was innocently remanded. Every time my brother phoned the office to speak to the solicitor, she was never present—always unavailable, either at lunch or too busy to take his calls.
