I first contacted MASA after seeing a property online within my price range. My initial conversation with a gentleman called Paul Payne, a nice chap who came across knowledgeable and genuine. After two or three conversations he suggested a viewing trip. At this point my wife Kellie was not at all keen as she had lived for 6 years in Lanzarote and in this time she had seen a load of hard sell. But I convinced her that I was not the kind of person that could be talked into something I did not want to do. This was the start of my journey with MASA. The viewing trip was thorough but very laid back with not a sign of aggressive sale. The property we chose was a new build and yet to be constructed so this was a nervy affair for us. But MASA was there to hold our hand throughout the process. They have an online owners area where you can check on the progress of the build with pictures and reports. I can honestly say whenever I called they were there to answer my questions and on several visits to Spain during the process their was always a friendly face to assist us. The property was finished on time and to a very high standard. I therefor would recommend this company to anybody who is considering buying in Spain.
