Dear Mashaallah Driver Training, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration with the driving lessons I had with your instructor, Ali (Aliriza). My experience was far below the standard I expected, and I feel completely let down by the lack of professionalism and proper instruction.To begin with, Ali vaped during every single lesson, which was not only unprofessional but also distracting and inappropriate. As a learner, I needed a focused and supportive environment, but his behavior made me uncomfortable and hindered my ability to concentrate.Worse still, Ali failed to communicate with me effectively or at all. He rarely gave clear instructions, never corrected my mistakes, and provided no constructive feedback. Even when I repeatedly struggled with parking maneuvers (which I booked extra lessons to practice), he showed no interest in helping me improve. Instead, he would simply say I was "ready for the test," even though I felt completely unprepared and lacked confidence.His lack of communication and guidance meant I never truly developed my driving skills. I relied on his judgment and booked my test based on his misleading assurances, only to realise I was nowhere near test-ready. A good instructor should actively teach, correct errors, and ensure their student progresses—none of which happened in my case.I am extremely unhappy with the wasted time, money, and effort due to Ali’s poor teaching and unprofessional attitude. I urge you to address this issue seriously to prevent other learners from going through the same negative experience.I would appreciate a response regarding what actions will be taken to rectify this situation.Sincerely,Lea
