I recently ordered 5 items from them, received only one.Contacting their customer service wasn’t easy but they finally sent me the 4 missing ones.Problem is I later realized that the product I had received in the first place wasn’t the correct flavor. I contacted them again, and chatted with someone called Paulo Reyes. He said he would send the correct one but never did. I asked again and tired of waiting I asked to be refunded for the wrong item.That’s when the conversation became completely surreal. Mr. Reyes speaks perfect English but pretends he doesn’t when it’s convenient for him. He keeps arguing that everything has been done correctly on their side. I have 20 days to wait before I can ask Paypal to settle this. Unless Mr. Reyes stops taking me for a fool.
