No customer service skills ,had to email 3 times then had to call spoke to the owner who was extremely rude, explained my husband has been a mansion for 40years his response we haven’t been open that long,poor quality cuff links one broke on the first wear , his final response after he agreed to replace them,tell your husband not to lean on the counter with them again how very RUDE 1st and last time ordering with them.This has been going on since February!!
