I ordered some items from here one evening and also Free masons hall. The very next morning I cancelled both orders as I discovered it had an unexpected tax bill. Free masons hall responded immediately and I had my refund returned within 2 days. I have had no reply from masonic collection and no refund. I phoned them and was told someone would be in touch, they never did. Now I have had to do a reclaim through my bank. Awful customer service. I buy for my lodge in Tenerife and had some very big orderes. I will now only be using Free Masons Hall
