Placed order on 12/04/25. Order only received 31/05/25.I know one item needed engraving, states allow 28 days. No contact from them to say it was going to take longer. Sent 2 emails and a message via their messaging form, they did not respond to any. First phone call was told it was going to be another 2 weeks and person I spoke to was very abrupt. I must say the goods seem good quality.As I am a first time customer with MC, I am not impressed.
