I placed my order on November 10 and received it on December 8, although the website indicated the item was on order. The representative went silent and ignored my emails for over two weeks while I sought updates on my shipment. I nearly reported them as scammers before they finally responded. Overall, it's a great platform with excellent prices, but their communication and customer management need significant improvement.
