This has been the worst experience I've encountered. After placing my order, I received only a confirmation email and nothing more. A week later, I reached out for shipping updates, but received no reply. My calls were also ignored. After waiting two weeks, I managed to get a refund through a payment service. I ordered the same item from a different seller, and it arrived in just three days. I cannot recommend this service due to their terrible customer support.
