Very bad experience. I ordered an battery from them and contacted first them via mail because trustpilot reviews were horrible. Much complains about not getting right items and hard to get refund. Asked to make sure they indeed have the battery in stock as they claim on their webstore. They assured they do have the battery. Well after payment they emailed me and said they do not have the battery or any ultimatron batteries in stock at all. Tried to sell me some cells and bms to make my own battery instead. What a joke. Would give 0 stars if it was possible.I'm g.lad I paid with klarna so I can freeze the payment and start cancelation process myself. Later they also tried to offer me a voucher if I remove my negative review from google.
