Initial order took over two weeks to deliver, even though it was listed as available on the website.Then they finally delivered something, but it was the incorrect article. After sending it back, it took another two weeks for them to send the correct one.In the meantime, they got the address wrong several times in a row - took several more days to correct.In the end, UPS was unable to deliver, because of a wrong address.WOW. Incredible that a company could mess up something as basic as copying a delivery address which I provided on their website onto a shipping label. Because of the Easter holiday, this will now result in an additional week's delay.Thanks for nothing, Masori.
