I placed an order for a pair of sketchers the order part went well. However, when the item arrived via FedEx the outside box was a bit crushed. I thought OK that could happen, but when I opened it the shoebox was destroyed and there was only a left shoe! Who sends one shoe? I called customer service and told them about the order. Finally got someone state side and they were helpful. After a bit of discussion refunded everything Masseys is really going downhill. I've ordered from them for years. This is not the first issue I've encountered. Won't be ordering again
