Since 05/03/2026, I have not received a refund, despite having provided substantial evidence to Massimo Dutti. I was incorrectly informed that my parcel had been delivered and collected, which I formally dispute, as I never received it.

I have reported the matter to PayPal and requested valid proof of delivery, including a signature and identification of the third party who allegedly collected the parcel without my authorisation. To date, after 38 days, no such evidence has been provided.

Massimo Dutti relies on alleged barcode collection codes; however, no clarification has been given as to who used them. Furthermore, on 06/04/2026, two barcode references were provided that do not correspond to the actual tracking data. I have submitted proof of these discrepancies, without any response.

Customer service continues to provide misleading information and fails to address the core issue.

In these circumstances, I consider this conduct unacceptable and have escalated the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
