Was thrilled that Master Spa Parts had the replacement heater I needed and shipped so quickly. I received the part in two days. I removed the old heater and replaced. The new heater leaked at on of the sensors and upon further inspection the plastic threads were snapped off. Now I have a full tub with a leak. I called customer service and they said they would send an email and that I should take pictures and send them. That never happened. I called the support line and they said most likely damaged in shipping and that if it was verified they would replace. Fine enough but I still had a defective new part installed and a full spa. I was able to remove the snapped off threads from the new heater with an extractor and utilize the old sensor threads to reinstall. It appears that the threads were tapped at a strange angle (not straight up and down as they should be). After letting the area dry out for a full day I was finally able to sucessfully restart the spa and have it function properly. Cost me some extra time and a bit of heartburn but glad I'm not waiting on customer service or support for a solution.
