We had a very disappointing experience with this car rental service. We rented a vehicle for a 6-week trip around Turkey. When we arrived to pick up the car, I presented my valid driver's license along with an additional IDP license. They claimed the IDs were invalid due to missing details about my driving history. They then insisted on an additional charge to classify me as a 'young driver.' We had no choice but to pay this unreasonable fee. The car they provided was due for maintenance during our rental period. They assured us they would replace it, but they did not follow through. The car had issues such as a cracked windshield and a flashing check engine light. When we returned the vehicle, they added another fee labeled as a 'cleaning and maintenance fee.' The attendant struggled with processing payment, and we had to assist them. This was an extremely poor experience, and I cannot believe this company is still in business. They were unprofessional and unhelpful.
