I had a confirmed reservation with this company for an automatic vehicle at a fixed price.
On the day of pickup, less than 1 hour before delivery, they informed me that the car was no longer available due to a “system error” and “holiday rush”.
However, during the same conversation, they offered me a manual car at a significantly higher price, which clearly shows that availability was not the real issue.
This is a classic case of poor inventory management or intentional overbooking, followed by last-minute price manipulation.
As a travel industry professional, I find this extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Leaving a customer without a car at the last minute is unacceptable, especially when a confirmed reservation exists.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when booking, as confirmed reservations may not be honored.
I will also be escalating this matter through official consumer channels in Turkey.
