Not sure how this site has such good reviews, since they seem to be a complete scam (have never actually received my order or managed to come into contact with some one from the company). Ordered a pair of jeans from the site, and received a tracking link the next day. However over a week later the tracking link still did not work (DHL could not find the package, it does not seem to ever have been sent), and it had not arrived. Contacted their customer service through email and received no reply, also contacted them through WhatsApp, to which I get an automated reply every time that they will ‘check with a colleague and get back to me between today and tomorrow’ (still waiting).After also reading the reviews around their returns policy, it seems they are trying to make money off of people’s returns whenever they actually bother to send the item.Would just avoid them, there are so many great jeans companies out there who actually care about their customers, it’s not worth the waste of money or hassle.
