The career pivot support I wish I'd had years ago

I have over 6 years of healthcare-related experience, with a career path that has taken me from clinical medical assistant to clinical research to health tech and marketing roles.Two years ago, I tried making a career pivot on my own, which proved incredibly difficult without clear structure and support. MatchDay is exactly what I wish I had back then, so when I saw their ad, I knew I had to learn more about what they offered.They exceeded all my expectations. The leadership and coaching team are truly mission-driven and genuinely want to see you succeed. It's an evidence-based program with an excellent framework that includes everything from a step-by-step roadmap to hands-on expert coaching to a private, vetted network of professionals. Their program is constantly evolving and upgrading according to user needs. They won't hold your hand, but I think this speaks to their commitment to empowering individuals. They provide you with the exact tools and resources you need to excel, and when you do succeed, it builds your confidence significantly.I got lucky with my first pivot and landed an incredible job at a startup. Unfortunately, I was laid off in February 2025 when the company hit rough times - like so many others out there. That's when I decided to invest in MatchDay, and it's allowed me to completely rebrand myself and open my mind to networking opportunities that simply wouldn't have existed without their program.Thanks to my coach, Mallory, I've attended my first in-person health tech networking event, optimized my resume and LinkedIn profile significantly, landed several interviews, secured a contract role, and now have the confidence to pursue additional contract opportunities (or full time).
