Matchkicks is one of the WORST companies, I have ever did business with. Well searching the internet trying to find something different to get my husband, I found matchkicks. He's a sneaker head, and I knew he would love the shirt. Didn't want to order more than one because I wanted to make sure the quality was good. So, I placed an order on 2/2/24. On 2/9/24 I emailed the company because I hadn't received shipping info. I was told the order was stuck due to tech difficulties. All I wanted was some type of answer as to when I should expect to receive it because it was a Valentine gift. I was given the runaround. I was told I should receive between 2/12-2/14. Still hadn't received a tracking number. I had to email the company AGAIN to ask for a tracking number. I was given THREE different tracking numbers for one freaking shirt. Only to now turn out that the package won't be here until 2/15. They had the nerve to offer me a discount for a future order for my troubles. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. The worst ever. I really don't even rate them a one star.
