During our last conversation, despite my efforts to remain calm and polite, her tone was negative, dismissive, and rude, which compelled me to remind her that I am the client. Interestingly, one of the matches I had mentioned feeling like a school kid when talking to the matchmaker, describing her approach as authoritarian. The way this company disregards clients’ inquiries, fails to fulfill its promises despite written commitments, and the fact that my first match raised complaints about their experience, illustrates that this service does not align with how they present themselves online. On their website, they boast that 99% of clients are satisfied, but this is qualified in small print with conditions regarding coaching, and there is no objective way to verify these statistics. Please be cautious. Additionally, this company does not have a Google business listing, making it impossible to leave a Google review. There are numerous other matchmaking options in the area. I genuinely wish I had chosen a different service. I caution anyone looking for a matchmaker to consider that my experience with this service is far from what it claims in its marketing.
