The customer service from Mohamed was very helpful in sorting out the finance. Asked for advice on a car he recomended to me and on the basis of this I went for a 2.00 jaguar xf. Discovered after purchase that this model had lots of problems. Which I am now experiencing. The dealership, Was called WESTBROOK, based in Peterborough they led about the car and the work that had been done for MOT. And we’re very unhelpful when it comes to customer service.
What contributed to my positive experience? The representative from the complaints team. I couldn't fault the finance service, but unfortunately, the garage selling the vehicle provided poor customer service. They changed the car's readiness date, and three weeks later it was still not ready, with another two weeks added. On the scheduled day, the car was not on-site and arrived an hour late, with no explanation other than it was on a test drive and needed screen wash.
