Hei!After review most of feedback, i would recommend to use more money for developers and less for pre-paid feedbacks. We are very happy with the teachers and the educational methods – no complaints at all in this area. The teachers are nice, polite, and have a great approach to the kids.However, the website and support system are extremely frustrating and disappointing.The website has a very unfriendly and confusing interface.Every simple issue requires contacting a chatbot, which is incredibly time-consuming and irritating. The chatbot responses are often unclear, not specific to the actual problem, and solving even basic issues becomes a frustrating experience.The person who sold us the subscription cannot assist with anything after the sale. All actions must go through the chatbot, which only adds more delays and dissatisfaction.There is no proper time zone coordination, which causes frequent confusion.Moving a lesson within the same day to a different time slot is not possible, adding unnecessary rigidity.Only parents receive lesson notifications; children do not have their own profiles or access to the system. This makes everything fully dependent on the parent being present and available, even for teenage students who are capable of managing their own schedules.The system requires a high number of clicks just to find basic information — it is not efficient or user-friendly at all.There is no clear handling of homework tasks — if homework is required, it is not properly assigned or managed within the platform.Overall, while the teaching quality is excellent, the system around it creates unnecessary stress, wastes time, and significantly lowers the overall experience. These issues urgently need attention and improvement.
