Good buying and delivery experience and the chair matt I bought is robust enough. However the spikes under it are too rounded and a bit too shallow to grip my carpet properly so it moves more than I expected it to. I have a chair matt from another manufacturer which has sharper spikes and it never moves. One star dropped for that.
