Cracker Phone Case

I fell in love with a Boston Terrier phone cover, but was so disappointed when it arrives with a huge crack across the face of it. After contacting MatthewLewisDesign they quickly sent me another. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The case is so clever and cute, and the service was outstanding. I will not hesitate to do business with them again.

Customer service sucks

Customer service sucks. Tracking number given yields no results. 60 days now and still awaiting for my order to deliver. Filed a claim and was turned down with no explanation. No one to chat to, they don’t even read my emails. They just stick to stereotypical answers with no option to reply back. When you fail to deliver you ought to refund. That simple.AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
