I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Mattify. I placed an order 12 days ago and, immediately after ordering, I contacted customer service with a query, only to receive no response at all.Although I’ve since had a notification that the rug has been dispatched, the tracking notification just says “dispatched” which is really frustrating. I reached out to customer services again 3 days ago for an update and still haven’t had any reply.The lack of communication is unacceptable. As a customer, you expect at the very least timely responses and basic transparency around your order. At this point, I have no idea where my purchase is or when it will arrive.I would not recommend based on this experience.
