My aunts bank card was charged twice. She was told the payment didn’t process after each transaction. The store representative sent her to the bank to withdraw the funds from her account since they were unable to process either payment. After she arrived at the bank, she was told by the teller that her payment was processed. When she went back to Mattress firm. She explained what the teller said, and was asked to call back on Tuesday, according to the representative they were still waiting for the payment to be confirmed in their system. The bed was supposed to be delivered Saturday. The bed was never delivered. The payment was not received by mattress firm. But the bank confirmed that the payment was received After the store asked her to call back Monday. She decided to cancel the order. This was an unfortunate experience! She is waiting on a $1300.00 refund Mattress Firm Parma
