Service I received was excellent! The sales rep, Tony was informative, thorough, patient with the many changes in mind of my order I had and even broke down pricing of various options for me so it helped me make my decision. He wasn’t pushy at all, he didn’t need to be with his vast knowledge of the mattresses on the floor spoke enough to make the sale if that makes any sense. I enjoy my reclining bed with the massage, but my mattress is so so. I only gave a 4 because of the mattress, otherwise I would have given a 5 given my good service experience. I can’t say enough positive things about Tony. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt he really deserved one. Thanks Tony! I love my reclining bed! Mattress firm offers a really good mattress guarantee if you don’t like your mattress you can get a different one as long as yours isn’t wrecked when they pick it up. I’m going to swap my mattress with their fantastic plan- obviously you have to pay the difference. I think that’s a great guarantee because just laying on a store mattress for a minute can be tough sometimes until you really try sleeping on it.
