Just took delivery of two beds from Mattress Mick. The delivery guys dragged one of the divan base units across a brand new solid oak floor gouging out a deep rut in the floor. Floor cost 7k, and is only down a week. Neither of the delivery guys even had the manners to apologise and one of them more or less said 'tough, thats what happens when you ask for a lift in with the beds'.I'll never shop there again......
