Had an issue with previous carpet I had purchased and used for 3 years. Called and as soon as I returned it, they sent out a new carpet. Excellent Customer Service, which is RARE in this day. Usually there is Customer UN-SERVICE but not with Matworks they were Fantastic. Dealt with Andrea and she was sweet and understanding and wanted to fix the situation as soon as possible and even promised to put a rush on my order, since we are in boating season. I believe I spoke with her when I purchased the carpet. She even offered me an option to upgrade to the vinyl mat and just pay the difference, My carpet had gone up in price and they would credit me the upgrade price against the new upgrade. I opted to go with the rug type because I like the way it feels on bare feet EVEN though the vinyl is maintenance free. Too often good efforts go unrecognized therefore I want to thank Andrea Personally for her help. Few people I have dealt with measured up to Andrea in her ability to solve the problem and come to a solution we were both happy with. Andrea's efforts have shown me that the work ethic is not only alive but Healthier and stronger than ever.
