Ordered a windlass and was contacted by Santiago that he would be my customer service rep. I inquired as to when the windlass might arrive and he worked with me to make sure I knew when it was shipped and when it would arrive. I assumed this would take a while, but it arrived at least 5 days earlier than I had anticipated and Santiago kept me informed every step of the way. They have great customer service. Will be ordering supplied from them from now on!
