We rented a car for five days - we opted for the cheapest option and, in hindsight, should have chosen a larger vehicle as navigating the steep hills was quite challenging due to the car’s lack of power. The windscreen washer fluid was empty, which was less than ideal and should be checked before rentals. We arranged for the car to be dropped off at the hotel and were told they would arrive at 10am, but they came around 11:30. The same issue occurred on the return; they were supposed to pick up at 10am but called to say they'd arrive by 12 or 1, ultimately arriving at 1:30, forcing us to wait. Lastly, we were charged an additional fee for cleaning due to sand in the car.
