I completed all evaluation stages and reached the funded phase. During KYC, my original documents (PVC Aadhaar, PAN, and Voter ID) were repeatedly rejected as “tampered” without any clear or verifiable proof.
I submitted original IDs multiple times, used official verification links (Veriff), changed browsers, followed all instructions, and even offered video call or OTP-based verification. Still, every submission was rejected with the same generic response.
Support only keeps asking for “another ID” again and again, and now insists on a passport or driving license, without explaining why my original government-issued Indian IDs are considered altered.
No manual review, no transparent evidence, and now no response for days. This experience has been extremely frustrating and feels unfair, especially after completing all stages sincerely.
I am only asking for clear proof or a reasonable verification method. Communication and transparency are very poor.
