Found this Mavigadget by chance. Bought a retro lighter as i like to collect old lighters (hey everyone got their thing right?) product surprised me, seriously well made, well packaged and delivery was relatively quick.Fantastic site and some stunning products.Recommended to anyone.
I waited a reasonable amount of time (10 days) before emailing Mavigadget about why my order had not been delivered (turns out it was the next day 8^| ).Kevin responded overnight, and answered my questions, with a very pleasant attitude and good information. you can't beat that!this was a genuine experience that i was not paid for.
The ordered boots were different to the offered ones. Mavigadget spoke to the seller. They promised to send the correct ones but in the end were not capable. Mavigadget proposed an other model free of charge which I liked very much. A better service you can not imagine, positive surprise. Thanks G. Th.
Accidentally ordered two of the same kitchen gadget. Totally my fault but I emailed them anyway. They not only canceled the duplicate order before it shipped, but the customer service rep I dealt with followed up personally the next day to make sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. That kind of attention to detail is rare these days!
