I worked for @rudywaver 5 weeks. I was trained by a team who could barely speak English and fired after I reported workplace bullying. I have never experienced such a toxic workplace and unprofessionalism in all my professional career. The pay was exploitative and my team were were not even given a lunch break. Stay away from this company! I have contacted Serena Williams directly and am pursuing legal action.

I don't know what this company does, but Mawer Capital just tried to fraudulently take $12000.00 from my Klarna BNPL Card. I took a screenshot of the transaction. STOP TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE! I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I'M ALSO REPORTING TO KLARNA FRAUD DEPARTMENT. SHAME ON YOU MAWER CAPITAL!
I wish i could give it a low rating! I'm 6 weeks later 20 emails - no appointment and still waiting for a refund. There are some other amazing people out there teaching and supporting people with meta ads...seek them out DO NOT go with Mawer. This was the worst experience ever and I am still having to email weekly hoping someone will reply and help me with a refund. Horrible do not do it!

I have worked with Rudy's team 2x now. Once for the Done For You Ads and another the Done For you Content. Both of these are $97 offers with the hopes of converting you into their 30k mastermind. Definitely a great marketing strategy and if you actually got what you paid for for only $97, it would be very good value.However, the entire process was extremely frustrating and disappointing, to say the least. I'm mostly going to speak on the Done For You content, because this was an awful experience and I feel it needs to be shared. To be clear, they offer 100 pieces of content for $97. This was supposed to be the graphics, the copy/captions and everything included. They promised 3-5 business days turnaround time. I had bought all of this in October in preparation for my Black Friday Sale in November. I was explicitly clear that I needed this all before Black Friday, and they assured me that it would be no problem, and that turnaround time to create the content was only 3-5 business days. This did not come true. I was chasing Rudy's team for over a month... Eventually, they sent me a google doc of written-content-only with no graphics and they tried to pass that off as the purchased content. When I complained that the work was incomplete, they pretended that this was just the first part, and assured me that my graphics would soon follow. I had to chase them for weeks to send the graphics, and when they did, I only received a small fraction of my promised content and there were tons of little mistakes in the copy/writing/graphics. I followed up to complain again and they assured me they would fix it and get back to me "very very soon". I didn't hear back for another couple weeks and when I followed up again, they just said they wouldn't be completing the work anymore and issued me a refund. However, I didn't want a refund. I wanted the 100 pieces of content that I paid for and planned for. I got strung along for over 2 months and had to frantically scramble to put content together for my black friday sale last minute because the promised content did not come through in time. I sent over all my logos, company values, offers, etc. I spent a lot of time getting everything ready and it was just a total waste of time.Rudy's team is flooding with leads. Their marketing obviously works and they spend a fortune on ads. However, I get the impression that they do not care about their customers. They only see them as dollar signs and statistics. When I was on my initial "onboarding session", which is really just an upsell to their 30k mastermind, they went over my allotted time slot trying to close me on the deal, which cut into another person's onboarding time. They said not to worry about them because they had more leads than they could handle and it didn't matter if the lead got skipped. The guy I spoke with said it in a way that was braggadocious, but to me, it showed a lack of care for their customers. They basically just left the other lead there waiting on a zoom call whilst they spoke to me. This happens frequently according to other reviews on this site.. They only really care about getting you into the mastermind. The $97 done for your content is really just a ploy to get you on a consultation call with them. I genuinely feel that they had no intention of delivering on that content and had I not harassed them for 2 months straight, I wouldn't have gotten anything at all. I was initially very interested in the mastermind, and could easily pay for it in full. I wanted to test the waters and get feedback from people in the industry and read reviews before I signed up, because I have been burned before. When I raised concerns about their poor reviews on TrustPilot in order to get some reassurances, I was told it was "only 16% negative and they shouldn't be taken seriously". On their consultations, after minimal help, they ask people to drop a 5 star review on the call; so they are clearly trying to offset their negative reviews with inflated/bogus positive ones. I had even left one myself after the initial done for you ads, which was honestly generous and I should not have done.I really didn't want to leave such a negative review. I saw a lot of promise in Rudy's mastermind and was on the verge of signing up for it...But I have voiced my concerns many times and politely requested they finish my content instead of simply refunding and washing their hands of me, but I was ignored. I would be very wary of signing up for anything of theirs. It seems they promise big and under-deliver massively. Their strategy seems to be volume. Pump enough money into their ads to get so many people buying their high ticket products that if they burn a few people on the way, then so be it.--
