Fell for his scam when desperate over Covid year. A succession of calls with his employees who know very little about online marketing including the so called Facebook ad expert who just posts generic ads that don’t work and eventually get you ad account closed. A Google ads expert who genuinely knew nothing about Google Ads and a sales team who just scam you into buying more tripe from him. I blame myself for falling for this rubbish, unless you are trying to replicate his scam company by being a scammer yourself and like a bit of fake high 5’s and cheerleading bull stay away.
I had high expectations when I signed up, but they quickly fell apart due to a disappointing performance. This has been the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I was promised a month of ad management and access to an AI Copy Bot. However, shortly in less than a week after launching my ads, I received multiple notifications from Facebook indicating that my ad copy violated their terms and conditions. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out, the Ruddys team failed to communicate any issues or provide solutions.Additionally, I was never given access to the promised AI Copy Bot. This all began back in August when I first enrolled in their services. Since then, I have sent numerous emails to Luke, who seems to be the one coordinating with the finance department regarding my request for a full refund of my investment. It feels as though the company is being run by amateurs, as no one seems to take responsibility for the poor service provided.Adding to my frustration, they do not provide a phone number for direct communication, making it impossible to discuss my issues with their team. The company’s phone number appears to be non-existent, which is a significant concern. After two and half months of back-and-forth emails, I still do not have a clear timeline for when I can expect my refund. They have not followed up with me regarding when the refund will be processed, leaving me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Run away from this Cowboys !
