I originally purchased a board with second battery, the company never shipped second battery. It took almost 1 year to receive the second battery (I had already paid for). This extra battery shipped was not compatible with the board that was sent initially, it was not wired correctly and ruined the board I had purchased by frying the wiring when the charger was plugged in. Rather than making this right and sending a replacement board, I was required to purchase a new board at a modest discount. As this has been a year long issue, I will say that there is a new person on the service team who is much better than the first person I worked with last year. Hopefully the company will resolve some of these service issues, as the board itself has been a blast to ride.
