There were some issues with shipping but Jessie assisted me promptly with every issue. Even when I was being totaly spoiled and unreasonable. The board has met and surpassed all expectations. Plenty of power and rides like a Cadillac. I M 180 and The battery so far has got me between 15 to 20 Miles on a charge. I am very impressed with the range. The beginning was a bit rough with the shipping part but now that I can ride it I am very happy with this board. I have a Meepo Hurricane Board and I almost prefere riding this one to the Meepo. 1000.00 less than the Meepo and just as fun.
