However, I waited for the sale to conclude & the promotion simply continued under a different name, with the same discount, and remains unchanged until today. Sales was unable to offer any additional discount. After placing my order, there was an attempt to charge additional shipping costs, which were explained as unforeseen expenses. I decided to contact customer support to address the issue, and they eventually agreed to cover the extra fees.
