I Just received my order. I ordered two different tastes of energy drink mixing powder. To my surprise one of the containers had its seal broken/opened/not fully closed.I reached out to their custommer support which responded the next day:"I will of course send a new apple vanilla to you. What has happened is that the machine that heats the seal on has not been warm enough at that moment of sealing, I believe it will be shipped out early next week."Taste wise the products were great. Custommer support responded quickly and professionally.So far a good experience! :D
