Ordered boots, when delivered , they where the wrong boots and Did not match description on the site. Returned at cost to myself with return form, writing on it that they were wrong and description of the ones I actually ordered and that i needed a size up (as sizing wasnt great either) Company received my return and sent exchange of exactly the same boots just in a bigger size. Absolutely will not order from this appalling company again. Also when try to contact them, they do not answer and it says their voicemail is full. Eventually found a mainline number, when answered i was told the description was wrong on the website and that I should have received a free returns label which I didn't. New pair also did not come with a return label or returns sheet.
