I ordered a non invasive blood glucose meter from their website as per photo/info. I heard nothing for 10days, so e-mailed them? I had a reply stating they couldn't deliver to my location, so I replied asking for a refund? They replied saying that they had found a courier that would deliver to my address? The company is based in Holland, but item came from China, & took a long time. When it arrived, it was not what I had ordered & nothing like the photo on their website? I e-mailed them & they insist it's what I ordered! The item that arrived was an invasive blood glucose meter, i.e. you have to prick your finger (not what I orfered). I e-mailed telling them what arrived, & I want to return it & get a refund? They replied stating that postage & customs costs would be hugefor me, & offered me 15% refund? I refused, sending them a copy of their returns policy for wrong item for which the policy states that they will be responsible for the return cost? Their reply was to offer me 20% refund, & said that the big cost of return had to be at my cost? So have accepted the 20% refund because O am not getting anywhere with them, & have told them what I thought of them? I will warn my credit card company about them. Please do not deal with this company, it has a legit looking website but customer service is rubbish, plus they're selling cheap Chinese items at inflated prices.
