Spoken briefly to a person today where it is ended the call.The person I spoke to had 0 empathy in her voice, clearly reading of a script How can sombody help with mental health when they don't bother to find out the trigger.I lost my job through bulling but did this person bother to find that out...NoTotal waste of time which resulted in my anxiety getting worse after the call which I endedNo way should you be intouch with people with mental health issues as clearly you are not trained to do so.This service needs to be stopped!!!!
