I received broken earrings and reached out to the service for a return and refund, but it has been a nightmare. The ring is nice but small, and I wanted to exchange it. They declined all my requests for returns and exchanges and instead are pushing a voucher that would make me spend more while keeping items that don't fit. They advertise easy returns, which is clearly misleading. I would advise against this provider due to their poor customer service.
