Very disappointing experience.
I placed my order (#44276) over a month ago and still have not received my package. The tracking information shows that the jacket is being returned to the sender, and I am still waiting for my refund.
What makes this situation even more frustrating is that the company claims I have to pay the return shipping costs because they say I entered my address incorrectly. This is simply not true. I have proof that the address I provided was correct.
It is very disappointing that instead of resolving the issue, the responsibility is being pushed onto the customer. I am still waiting for my refund and hope this will finally be handled properly.
Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend ordering from this company.
