Completely Misleading Product & Zero AccountabilityI paid ₹714 (prepaid) for the Electronic Mosquito Killer Machine Lamp from Maxsmile. It is heavily marketed as a device that attracts and kills mosquitoes.The reality? It is just a blue light lamp.After 4 days of continuous use in an area with clear mosquito activity, it has not killed even ONE mosquito. Not a single one. It simply glows blue and does nothing else.This product does not perform its basic advertised function. Selling a mosquito killer that doesn’t kill mosquitoes is completely misleading.I raised a refund request 3 days ago — no response. They do not answer calls. The email address printed on the invoice is incorrect. I had to search online to find another email just to try contacting them. That says everything about their customer support.They also advertise a “free 5-day return,” but in my experience, this claim is completely false.
