Please be aware if you order from this company and your item is delivered damaged they do not adhere to the sale of goods act 2015 and replace or refund your purchase, it’s left to the customer to purchase a new replacement item at your own expense I’ve just sent £497 and have been trying to get a replacement item for a damaged item which they have refused and totally disregarded my consumer rights.This is totally unacceptable from what should be a reputable company, I have now taken steps to receive a refund, which is totally inconvenient, the item was delivered on 01/12/2025 as a Christmas present and discovered damaged on 15/12/2025, well within the 30 day period covered by the consumer protection act.Please consider this when purchasing items from this company.
