I am formally disputing this transaction due to the unacceptable handling of my order and the company’s failure to resolve the matter fairly. In December 2025, I purchased a V2 kit for my 2013 BMW. After an unreasonable delay, I finally received the order in March, only to discover that the front lip sent was incorrect. Given the extended timeline, I have serious concerns regarding the company’s handling of this order and whether the wrong item was knowingly sent rather than the correct part being provided.
I made several attempts to resolve the matter, but the only communication offered was through email with an unidentified representative. This lack of direct and accountable customer service is highly unprofessional and creates a process that feels dismissive and unreliable.
I respectfully explained that, due to the excessive delay and my dissatisfaction with the overall experience, I wished to return the kit. However, I was told I was outside the return window for the remaining items, despite the company’s own failure to deliver the correct product in a reasonable timeframe.
This experience reflects a troubling lack of accountability, customer care, and business ethics. I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this seller, as any issue appears to be met with impersonal communication, resistance to resolution, and little regard for fairness or customer satisfaction. I am profoundly disappointed in how this company has handled this transaction.
