Communication was top notch, professional and friendly. There was a delay with shipping that was not Maxuria’s fault. They were attentive every step of the way, communicating with the shipping company and keeping me updated until my bag arrived safely at my door. The bag was in the condition described, the hardware with stickers and new. I am very pleased with my purchase and am all ready looking at a second piece!
