Absolutely appalling service. The sales team were so persistent prior to signing up, sometimes calling twice a day. Once I agreed to go ahead, the service stopped.I left 22 messages for someone to call me back and they never called, I ended up communicating directly with the car dealer to arrange the collection and details. The complaints team are unresponsive, the app doesent work and the support and assistance available is terrible. Cheap for a reason, avoid at all costs.
