“I am extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered an item that I later discovered is being sold on Temu for only £3, yet I was charged far more. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, I was met with vague and unhelpful responses. Despite repeatedly asking for confirmation of the refund amount, date, and transaction reference number, I received no proof that a refund had even been initiated.This lack of transparency has forced me to involve my bank to resolve the issue directly, as I no longer trust the company to handle it fairly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would caution others to avoid them.”
